St. Cloud, FL – The Reserve at Twin Lakes is celebrating its Grand Opening! The new single-family home community in St. Cloud, Florida by Jones Homes USA will open its sales center and two never-before-seen designer model homes during its Grand Opening on July 17, 2022, from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

The brand-new model homes featured in the Reserve at Twin Lakes are the Torrey Pines II, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a loft, study and two-car garage; and the Woodmere II, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. In addition to these two new models, the new community will have 11 other innovative floorplans from which to choose in either one-story or two-stories, with three to six bedrooms, and ranging from more than 1,400 square feet to 3,400 square feet of living space. 

The Reserve at Twin Lakes will also offer a resort-style swimming pool and cabana, and a dog park.
